(Summary description)根据《河南省工业信息化厅办公室关于印发“质量标杆深度行百家经验万家学”活动方案的通知》（豫工信办科[2020]19号）和《商丘市工业和信息化局关于开展“质量标杆深度行百家经验千家学”活动的通知》（商工信[2020]28号精神），7月17日，商丘市工信局联合专家组一行来到民权县开展“质量品牌诊断咨询活动”。对企业的经营过程、管理模式、销售途径、品牌培育等环节进行现场诊断，利盈环保是本次工信局及专家组诊断的重点企业之一。
